FMGE Exam: Detailed Guide to Completing the Application Form


Applications for the December 2023 session of FMGE 2023 are being accepted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The date of the event is January 20, 2024. Those who have completed their medical education outside of India and are foreign graduates are required to take the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). To be FMGE eligible for a licence from the Medical Council of India (MCI), this is required.

Applicants should complete the FMGE Application Form with utmost caution. The data entered into the application form will be cross-checked against the files that have been supplied. FMGE admit cards will be given to those who are found to be eligible. Once the process of document verification is completed, this will take place.

Follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the FMGE application form.

Register Online

Go to nbe.edu.in, the official website. Locate the “online registration tab for FMGE.” To get the link to the FMGE application form, click the tab. To continue with the application procedure, candidates must ensure they have thoroughly read the instructions and tick the “I have read the instructions” checkbox.

Furnish Details

As requested on the registration tab, candidates should enter their basic information. Name, date of birth, email address, and contact information are needed for verification. To receive login credentials by mail, save the aforementioned information.

Generate Login ID

An email address will be used to create a login ID once the data has been saved. Using the given login information, the candidate should log in. The instructions specified in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination application form would be followed for updating the password later on.

Fill out Application Form

Applicants should accurately complete the application form. Enter your citizenship, credentials, internship, and other information in accordance with official records. Please fill out this information completely. They’ll be confirmed by official records.

Choose Exam Centre

The candidates must choose the exam centre after completing the FMGE Application Form. The locations of the FMGE exams are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your selected exam location, make sure you complete the application as soon as possible.

Upload documents

The candidate must upload a few scanned documents after choosing the exam location. These consist of the signature in the required format and passport-size photos.

Application Fee Payment

The most crucial stage is submitting the application fee. The application form would be considered incomplete if the fee wasn’t paid. As a result, no admit card would be provided.

Final Submit and Print Form

The candidate must click on FMGE Application Form final submit after paying the application cost. Printing it out is recommended for future use.
