EFOG-EBCOG Part 1: Dates announced for March, August 2024 Exams

 The dates for the EFOG-EBOG Part 1 Exam in 2024 have been released by the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (EFOG). In 2024, the exam will be held twice, in August and March, respectively.

The first one is scheduled for March 16, 2024, and the second one for August 31, 2024. The deadline to register for the March exam is February 16, 2024, and it is now open.

The Knowledge-Based Assessment (KBA)portion of the EFOG-EBCOG Part 1 exam will be given entirely online. In a safe setting, candidates can showcase their expertise in obstetrics and gynecology by taking the Remote and Virtual Invigilated Exam (RIVE) format.

Candidates must have finished two years of postgraduate studies in obstetrics and gynecology in order to sit for the EFOG-EBCOG Part 1 exam. Furthermore, applicants who finished their training outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) need to have received a passing grade on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
